For my paper, I'm trying to focus on how it's important to have a interview that is easy- going and comfortable for the interviewee. If your interviewee is comfortable, you will receive more honest and logical answers. You never want them to feel nervous because then they will rush their answers and make them short and simple. As the interviewer, you should want the person you're interviewing to elaborate and really go into detail. You want them to be interested and focused on answering the questions the best they can. There's many different approaches you can use to make your interviewee feel comfortable.
